As an iconic downtown Seattle destination of great food and libations for over 35 years, we are proud to open Von’s 1000 Spirits Woodinville in the Fall of 2022. 

We are equally excited to introduce Northwest Spirits, our family craft distillery, which will be intimately situated next door. Come sample our Bar Boss line of spirits and our Savor Spear Bourbon, opening Summer 2022. Rich in flavor and aroma, these are reward spirits for your Halcyon Days.
